Deletion of data
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the underlying contract with you has been fulfilled and no further legal obligation to store the data exists. Generally your data will be deleted after seven years (conforming to Austrian law, §132 BAO) if no other legal safekeeping obligations or contractual liabilities for storing the data exist (Art 6 Par 1 lit c GDPR)

Contact form
If you decide to use our contact form all of the entered data will be stored in order to process it and to handle possible follow up requests. This data will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
Existing data
We will not share your personal data with any third parties, that are not involved in the fulfillment of a contract. After the complete contractual fulfilment your data will be barred from further usage. After expiration of legal respites we will delete your data, if you did not agree to its storage.
Your personal data will exclusively used to fulfill the contract. For example we have to tell your address to our shipping company in order to deliver your goods.
Credit screening
In case of up front deliveries and services we may perform a solvency check.
Therefor we need to provide your data to our credit agency which then, based on mathematical and statistical procedures, calculates the risk of a payment default. Based on this solvency check we decide regarding the formation of a contract.
